David H. Doig has B.A. (UBC) and a L.L.B. (Man). He was called to the bar of British Columbia in 1986 and has practiced in the field of brain injury since then.
As a member of numerous professional organizations (Trial Lawyers of BC, Trial Lawyers of America) as well as numerous community associations, David has always had a personal commitment to brain injury survivors and their families. This commitment is seen in his work as Vice Chair of Sunny Hill Hospital Foundation as well as serving on the hospital board of Children’s and Women’s Hospital in Vancouver.
He frequently lectures on the subject of brain injuries. David has been a guest speaker to lawyers, law students, and the medical community as well as the general public
